庭中有奇树

庭中有奇树，
绿叶发华滋。
攀条折其荣，
将以遗所思。
馨香盈怀袖，
路远莫致之。
此物何足贵，
但感别经时。
本诗出自《古诗十九首》，由眼前所见，庭中绿树，花开当时，想到心中所念之人，欲以折枝赠人，表达了一种“心中有他，万物皆他”的相思之意。
This poem, from Nineteen Poems, expresses a kind of lovesickness of “Everything is him when he is in her heart”, and she could associate the one she misses with what came into her eye, the green tree in the courtyard, the flower which is blooming, and wanted to break the branch and give it to him.

Its green foliage does attract me.
I pick a blossom from a spray
For her, who I miss night and day.
My sleeve’s filled with balm so nice;
She’s too far away from my eyes.
