文天祥
（1236-1283），字宋瑞，自号浮休道人、文山。江南西路吉州庐陵县（今江西省吉安市）人，南宋末年政治家、文学家，抗元名臣，民族英雄。
WEN Tianxiang (1236-1283), styled Song’s Auspiciousness, Impermanence Wordist and Elegant Manner by literary names, a native of Luling County, Jizhou, Jiangnanxilu (present-day Ji’an, Jiangxi Province). He was a statesman and litterateur of the late Southern Song dynasty, a famous official fighting against the Yuan army, and a national hero of China.（刘鸿儒译）

In all straits, I’ve read classics to be known;
The war has ended with stars all around.
Our land is now broken like catkins blown;
I’ve roamed, a rain-washed duckweed to be drowned.
On Panic Shoal great panic I deplore!
In Lonely Ocean, so lonely, I sigh.
Who could e’er avoid his death since of yore?
I’d keep my heart to the age glorify.
